This talk is about how we built Quivr - the open-source virtual brain. In just over 3 months we are at 22k stars and 12k active users. This is a story of the crazy highs, some broken production and how we created a community behind this project.

As more and more larger companies adopt the benefits of a Serverless-First approach the appetite to follow has grown. Adopting Serverless within large scale organisations is not a simple task, but it’s not the technology that’s slowing things down, it’s the organisational challenge.
